Le numéro 1 de la Banque en Ligne est une des seuls acteurs à proposer le Crédit Immobilier parmi ses produits financiers.

Boursorama Banque remet donc à jour le taux de son Crédit Immobilier qui est désormais de 3,66% (anciennement 3,76%).

Le taux est très séduisant sur le papier mais il faudra creuser davantage car toutes les demandes de crédit immobilier ne seront pas éligibles aux même conditions. Il intègre également l’assurance décés invalidité incapacité mais celle-ci est calculée pour un emprunteur de moins de 31 ans.

Pour résumer, il s’agit là d’un TEG d’appel car peu d’emprunteurs étalent leur crédit immobilier sur seulement 14 ans. Il vous faudra donc négocier avec votre conseiller pour fixer le TEG définitif.
