With a sufficiently powerful focus in hand, a psionic might be able to challenge the gods themselves. Psionic characters accidentally attempting to manifest a power beyond the focus’ capacity (such as an 8th level power focussed through a focus with only 4th level capacity) suffer 1d6 damage per level of the psionic power from the feedback loop created. A focus cannot affect power manifestations beyond its capacity or in a discipline other than the one it supports.

Electrical: The weapon takes on a slightly blue/white colouration. Sparks dance along its length. Anyone wielding the weapon also finds his hair standing on end. The weapon deals electrical damage.
